By ordering items from this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Marion Meek Jewellery has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options.

As every item is hand made to order there will be slight variations from item to item.

Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.

Marion Meek Jewellery accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

Marion Meek Jewellery reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working land line telephone number.

Delivery charges:

UK Orders
Order values less than £25 will be sent by 1st class post - cost £3.50
Order values over £25 will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature - cost £6.85

All jewellery is hand made to order and may therefore take up to four weeks to be delivered. Customers will be notified by email or phone call if any delay is expected on thier order.

Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk. Marion Meek Jewellery will not accept responsiblity for overseas orders lost in transit.

Marion Meek Jewellery endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
